Vice President, Human Resources
Nadia Villeneuve is vice president, Human Resources, at Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE : UTX), a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power units. She assumed her current role in January 2012.
She is responsible for all of Pratt & Whitney's Human Resources activities including talent, recruitment and development, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits and diversity, covering the company's global workforce of approximately 33,000 employees.
Nadia began her United Technologies Corp. career in 2000 at Pratt & Whitney Canada. She held a number of positions of increasing responsibility throughout Pratt & Whitney in Canada and the United States, including Human Resources director for Commercial Engines and Human Resources director for the Engineering organization. In 2010, she moved to Shanghai as director, Human Resources - Asia for UTC Fire & Security, and was later named vice president, Human Resources - Asia, where she had particular focus on key, fast-growth markets in China and India. She then served as vice president, Human Resources - Asia for UTC Climate, Controls & Security Systems.
Nadia holds a bachelor's degree in business from Université du Québec a Montréal and a master's degree in Management/Human Resources from l'École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Université de Montréal.
